Padel has arrived at Adlington, but we’ve built it differently.
Forget courts squeezed into car parks. Our four new outdoor courts have been designed as a destination in their own right: a Mediterranean-style terrace complete with natural limestone paving, lush planting and a generous social area, all set against uninterrupted Cheshire countryside views. All four courts are built to championship specification.
Whether you’re booking a casual game with friends, joining a coaching session, or hosting a corporate event, Adlington Padel offers a level of setting and quality that simply isn’t available elsewhere.

We’re just weeks away from opening our doors. Follow our journey as we count down to launch from courts going in to the finishing touches on our Mediterranean terrace.
Playing Surface
All four courts are fitted with premium Mondo Supercourt X3 Astro turf, the same trusted surface used at elite padel venues worldwide, engineered for consistent ball bounce, excellent grip and durability in all weather conditions. All laid on specialised fast draining aggregates.
The Setting
Natural limestone patio flooring, Mediterranean planting and considered landscaping create a warm, relaxed atmosphere more reminiscent of a Spanish beach club than a typical sports facility. It’s padel with a proper sense of place.
The Padel Pavilion (Coming Soon)
A substantial social terrace sits at the heart of the facility — the perfect spot to relax with a drink, watch a match, or catch up with friends before or after your game. The Padel Pavilion is due to open in late 2026. In the meantime, we’ve set up a temporary padel reception next to the Adventure Golf, making use of the large social area and stretch tent facilities.

Being a part of Adlington Golf Centre, our padel courts enjoy a peaceful countryside backdrop just minutes from Alderley Edge, Prestbury and Wilmslow.
ABOUT ADLINGTON GOLF CENTRE
Adlington Padel is a new addition to Adlington Golf Centre, an established and much-loved sporting destination in Cheshire. Bringing decades of golf and leisure experience we’re building something that reflects the same care, quality and countryside charm our golf patrons already know. On site you’ll also find Australian Adventure Golf and The White Owl Café to help you make a full day of a visit.

£42 per hour, per court One simple flat rate, no confusing peak/off-peak tiers, no hidden extras.

In the future we are looking to include our loyalty prices within the booking structure of the Padel tennis courts here at Adlington.

Yes, you will need to have a court booked to play. Booking is done via the Playtomic App which will show padel court availability and prices.
Of course! We have rackets available to hire from the clubhouse for £2.50 per racket per session
Absolutely you can, we encourage all levels and abilities to play padel here at Adlington.
Court slots are 60 or 90 minutes, some times you may only be able to book 60 minute due to how busy the courts are. At the end of the day some session can only be booked as 90 minutes depending on the time booked v’s closing time.
Our Padel Pavillion is due to open late 2026, which will offer changing rooms, showers and toilets – in the meantime toilets and a changing rooms are close by at the Australian Adventure Golf.
Padel is a great game when played in doubles (x4 people) a court can be booked and used for singles if you wished. The time slot remains the same price. A maximum amount of 4 people are allowed on the court in general play.
